​Lovely Little Rats Rattery (LLRR) is a small scale rat rescue. We are located in King George, VA. We are a 25 minute drive from the Maryland border, one hour north of Richmond, and an hour and a half south of Washington, D.C. We often do not know the history of our rescues, so they will be adopted out on a pet only basis (no breeding). We handle every rescue on a daily basis to ensure that we are socializing each rat to the best of our ability. They will also be introduced to a variety of stimuli (other animals, sounds, children, etc.). We specialize in rehabilitating pregnant momma rats and their nursing litters. We accept referrals from the local community and work closely with nearby animal shelters. Once rescues are healthy and happy they are able to be adopted into their forever families! Babies will remain with us until they are at least 6 weeks of age.
